Stretchers classes are held each Monday evening at 6pm in the Fellowship Room. Classes are free! Stretchers use bands and dumbbells, stretching and light aerobics, and balance exercises. Chairs are used, and, if needed, the whole class can be done from a chair. Equipment is provided, but you may bring your own. Also, wear comfortable clothes. It is a judgment-free zone, and the class is for both men and women. You can do what you can, and, if some moves are difficult, the instructor will help figure out a new move.
