Zumba Gold is similar to Zumba, a dance workout, but a lower intesity class with lower impact. There is a warm-up and a cool down section. Instruction is step by step. The class can also be done sitting in a chair. Moves can be modified to be faster/slower for each participant Again, partipants do what they can and it's a judgement-free zone. There is actually Zumba Chair that is done completely from a chair. The class is free! The final Zumba Gold class for 2024 is December 4. Classes will resume in 2025, starting January 8.
