WORSHIP WALKS RETURN: Pastor David is bringing back Worship Walks this summer, and starting a little earlier this year with the first walk happening May 19 at the Arboretum at Penn State. The walks are a time to enjoy nature, fellowship, some quiet time, and have a brief worship while walking. The time will include prayers, a scripture reading and reflection, and Holy Communion. The worship walk begins at 6pm and we will meet at the bench near the parking pay machines. T

FOOD MINISTRY SUNDAY IS MAY 3: Thank you for your continued help with our food ministries! Our next Food Ministry Sunday is May 3. The Howard Food Bank accepts food donations that help keep families fed in our area. Our outdoor food pantry continues to be a great service to the community. BISHOP KEVIN IN KENYA: Bishop Kevin Shock will be traveling to Kenya May 20-27. He is part of a small contingent from the ELCA that will be going there for the consecration of Bishop Catherine Ngina Musau, who will become the first female bishop of the Kenya Evangelical Lutheran Church.
