BOOK CLUB:  St. Mark’s Book Club holds its next meeting 1pm Thursday, December 11 in the Fellowship Room. The club will discuss Comfort and Joy by Kristin Hannah. The club usually meets at 1pm on the last Thursday of each month. All are invited. Feel free to invite or bring a friend. FOOD MINISTRY SUNDAY IS DECEMBER 7: Our next Food Ministry Sunday is December 7. The Howard Food Bank accepts food donations that help keep families fed in our area. Our outdoor food pantry also continues to be a great service to the community. Monetary and/or food donations of all kinds are appreciated. ALLEGHENY SYNOD ELECTS NEW BISHOP:  At the 2025 Allegheny Synod Assembly, held October 31-November 1, Pastor Kevin Shock was elected as the next bishop of the Allegheny Synod! Pastor Kevin is a member of St. Mark and currently serves as assistant to the bishop in the synod office.    Pastor Kevin will be installed as bishop on Saturday, February 7.
